- Photo must be inclusive of face. (We can crop your face out of the photo).
- Photos must be accompanied by feedback or a short description of your experience with the MLB service used. Remember, this is a space where women are encouraged to inspire each other to reach their lifestyle goals, so please no appropriate or offensive attire or photos.
- By sending or tagging your photos you are agreeing to let My Lady Box use it for various promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to your image being used do not send it in.
- If you wish to remain anonymous, please let our team know and we will crop distinguishing features before publishing the photo.
As a thank you for sending in your images. All customers will receive a thank you discount code.

Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
Change of mind
- If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
- in saleable condition;
- unused with all original packaging;
- returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
- not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
- the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.
- MLB, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
- Please choose carefully when purchasing packs that contain the following as we are not able to refund purchases (for change of mind) for the following products:
- 3 Monthly
- 6 Monthly
(referred to collectively as My Ladyscription Boxes)
- If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable time.
- MLB will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Refunds will be given using your original payment method
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
- Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
- In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
- Where items in the bundle cannot be returned you will only receive a refund on the value of the merchandise as per this policy and at the discretion of MLB.
Privacy when making a return
- MLB is committed to protecting your privacy.
- Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of MLB research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
- If products are on sale they will not be refunded.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Once your claim for a refund has been approved, our accounts department processes this for you within 7 business days.
*Please note that your financial institution/ Swipe can take extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
If your funds are not in your nominated bank account within this time please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to help you as soon as possible.
Where will I be refunded to?
You will be refunded the same way you paid. If you paid via:
- Credit card or Swipe: Your refund will be credited to the same account your payment came from.

Our standard shipping method has an average delivery time of 4-10 days depending on your location.

Once you have purchased your subscription service, you will receive your first box the following month.
